SaporBio got the major towns of the Versilia area involved: Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta and Lido di Camaiore, with a full programme of leisure and awareness-raising events on bio culture and eco-sustainability themes.

The general public took part in a fun and original approach to the four fundamental themes of the event: Flavour, Environment, Culture and Entertainment.

Viareggio was the beating heart of the event as the venue of the Organic and Environmentally Friendly Village and the Green Village, from the 11th to the 15th of June.

The New Energy Competition had 15 young up-and-coming artists competing on a stage in Piazza Mazzini stage on Friday 13th.
During the five days of the event, Viareggio was full of talk shows, conferences and meetings together with pre-dinner drinks and music and evening events.

The exclusive Galà UNA hotel event was held in Lido di Camaiore on Saturday the 14th at UNA Hotel Versilia.

The intriguing 'Party delle Meraviglie' was held on the 14th too with the beautiful backdrop of Forte dei Marmi.
