The flagship event of the SaporBio project is held on a yearly basis in Milan - the first two were in Versilia, Tuscany - and is called after SaporBio.

It is truly an 'organic and eco-sustainability fair' held over three days from Friday to Sunday. Since 2011 it has brought new life to the centre of Milan involving the general public in a mix of shopping, bio-eco, cultural and leisure events and high quality food and wine!

The idea behind SaporBio's event is to encourage people to take on good lifestyle and consumer practices and to generate a virtuous circle by integrating:

- Well-being
- Culture
- Awareness
- Organic food and wine
- Eco-sustainable choices
