SaporBio 2007 has achieved all its important objectives:
• great public success in the town squares with an attendance of more than 40,000
• high attendance from sector companies with more than 60 stands
• great media coverage and success in promoting the overall value of natural and organic food products.

The main themes of the event were:
• international forums and talk shows
An International Forum chaired by Enrico Mentana with the participation of the Minister of the Environment and Land and Sea, Hon. Pecoraro Scanio, Under Secretary for Agricultural Policies, Hon. Boco, the President of IFOAM and the various representatives of the Italian organic sector such as Federbio President Paolo Carnemolla.
With Tessa Gelisio presenting, the official representatives of four Italian regions (Tuscany, Lazio, Calabria and Emilia Romagna) and three nations (France, Germany and England) took part in the talk show.
Trends in the organic sector were illustrated in an extremely useful comparison between the differing experiences in the various countries, which helped to throw light on problems to resolve and on winning solutions which have already been used.

More than 60 Italian and international production companies' stands were visited by more than 40,000 people.

• gourmet organic food
In partnership with Gambero Rosso, a series of gala evenings were organised in which five great internationally-renowned Michelin starred chefs prepared organic delicacies for more than 400 illustrious guests.

Music, entertainment and comedy are the tasty ingredients of a truly spectacular event
