• Marco Columbro - Actor and television anchor,  SaporBio’s testimonial.
My organic life-style as a choice for life. Marco Columbro has been personally involved in organic agriculture for many years. It is a choice which arises from the need of being in harmony with the environment in which we live, and the desire to take interest in healthy products and in the meantime to respect the earth. Consuming organic food and promoting the whole green area products, this is the mission that Marco Columbro, through SaporBio project, is embracing enthusiastically and successfully since 2007.

• Tessa Gelisio – Journalist and television anchor of "Pianeta Mare" and "Cotto e Mangiato".
Organic: one of the milestone of the green economy. The environmental and climate crisis crosses with the economic-financial one: our developmental models need to move towards a green, low carbon, truly sustainable, and innovative economy. The organic is a model of green agriculture at the base of a wider change of the economical standard.

• Vitaliano Fiorillo - SDA Assistant Professor - SDA Bocconi School of Management - Technology and Operations Management Unit.
The innovation in the Food&Beverage field: the organic as a competitive stimulus. Innovation in the industry allows us to take advantage of the growth opportunities by listening to consumers’ requests. The research conducted by the Master in Food & Beverage at the SDA Bocconi School of Management, shows that, facing consumers who are becoming more aware and willing to pay a premium price for healthy and tracking foods, the innovation of the food industry is moving with greater decision toward the study of new organic products if not even whole product lines.
• Cristina Giusto – Nutritionist and biologist, member of  ACSIAN "Association for the study of food intolerances and nutrition”, is the contact person for Friuli Venezia Giulia region, and nutritionist for the Udinese Soccer Team.
Nutrition in the sports world: a focus on the world of soccer. When nutrition becomes a plus for high levels sportsmen and athletes. Cristina Giusto  shows the connection between organic nutrition and sport, illustrating its advantages. The direct experience of Udinese Calcio, in cooperation with the company Probios, will be described.
