SaporBio launched an original initiative for involving the neighborhood, and citizens of Parma in particular: Recipes from Parma for SaporBio (Ricette da Parma per SaporBio)
We invite all Parma citizens and tourists to make up recipes with the ingredients given for free by Alce Nero, a leading industry of the field, a brand that means authenticity and quality: the ingredients will be available in shopping bags from April 17th through 26th at the "Simona Manfredi - Idee e oggetti" shop, in Borgo Riccio da Parma, 19 – Parma.
Make up your recipes and send them to SaporBio together with a picture or short video of the finished dish: pictures and video will be posted on our web site and on SaporBio YouTube channel.
Marco Columbro and Stefania Santini will choose the best recipes that will be awarded with Organic-Eco products and services, right after the show-case with Marco Columbro and Tessa Gelisio that will be held on May 8th in SaporBio Lounge (Hall 6 booth H034) during Cibus.
All participants will receive a prestigious Vip Card of the restaurant Atto Primo in Fidenza (www.attoprimo.com) that will entitle you of a 10% discount at the restaurant (your guests are also welcome) and of a 5% discount on the products sold in the shop present inside the restaurant!
The event will continue after the month of April: send us your recipes made with organic ingredients. They will be published in our web site (fill in the form). Mail us your most original dish (deadline May 31st), please write on the envelope "CIBUS 2012": Marco Columbro will choose the best one and award it with an Organic-Eco present!
